Drywall installation
Plumber
Floor installers (must be familiar with installing various types of flooring including, but not limited to, hard wood, tile (ceramic/porcelain), laminate, vinyl, carpet, etc.)
-Must be dependable
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must have your own tools
-Must be able to provide proof of work previously performed
