Annual Salary: $41,600 to $45,760 plus up to an 8% annual bonus.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, 40 hours per week.

The Maintenance Technician will conduct general maintenance and repairs of the "Lakeside at Coppell" community to enhance and maintain its cleanliness and appeal. The community consists of 315 conventional multifamily units.

Essential Duties:

Clean the office, clubhouse, restrooms and other common areas prior to opening

Clean and maintain model units daily

Clean all vacant units as directed

Pickup and empty trash throughout the community in the morning and throughout the day as required

Clean and maintain laundry facilities each morning and throughout the day as required

Check and replace exterior lighting on a regular basis

If certified for pool maintenance, clean and maintain the pool as directed

Constantly observe condition of the property throughout the community and immediately report and/or initiate action to correct unsafe conditions

Perform additional duties requested by management

Inform management of supply needs on a weekly basis

Qualifications:

HVAC Certification is required

Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools

Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
