Help with my dad

Hello I am in need of someone to care for my dad, I am looking for caring person too live in my dads house with him, I pay all expenses and a weekly pay, my dad has starting of dementia, he’s an awesome sweet man.He uses a walker but can walk by himself, need someone to help him around house with cooking, cleaning,house has everything u need to live.
