job summary:The Senior Consultant works with client teams and Randstad internal teams to lead and deliver Strategic IT and Management Consulting Projects, including Assessments, Strategic Roadmap development, and IT Service Design and Implementations. The Senior Consultant will also actively participate in the presentation of those deliverables. S/he is client facing and has experience leading and facilitating discovery sessions, interviews and client checkpoints. With minimal supervision, the Sr. Consultant works closely with business analysts, other consultants within the Strategy and Architecture practice and SMEs within the Randstad Solutions team to analyze critical client data (qualitative and quantitative), identify actionable information and make custom strategic recommendations. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and distill business data to improve corporate processes.Education and Experience Bachelor's or master's degree 4+ years of business, technology or management consulting experience excellent research, writing and presentation experience 3+ years experience as a Consultant in a consulting or management consulting firm such as Accenture, Pariveda, SMITH, Hitachi ConsultingSkills and Qualifications Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of internal and/or client teams excellent verbal presentation and facilitation skills Advanced working experience with Microsoft Office, Visio and G Suite Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, formulas, macros, graphs/charts Expert working experience creating and writing PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations and executive summaries Experience using Microsoft Word to create structured documentation (manuals, business requirements, etc.) Detail-oriented analytical abilities; ability to work with partial data and evolving outcomes to create structured, logical deliverables Project and team management experience a plusTravel Requirements25-50% travel required Due to COVID and its travel restrictions, our work is remote at this timeThis is a fully remote and salaried opportunity! location: Frisco, Texasjob type: Contractsalary: $45.67 - 60.10 per hourwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:Responsibilities/Duties Analyze client-provided and internal data using best practices to support client and Randstad goals; apply logical structure as needed to support analysis and recommendations goals Ability to identify key issues, analyze data, and make recommendations toaddress problems Lead or participate in discovery sessions with clients and internal resources as needed to document meeting notes, takeaways, to-do's, etc. in support of internal and client initiatives Use best practices to create graphical exhibits (charts, graphs, diagrams, slides, etc.) to support critical initiatives Document process, procedures, policies, requirements, etc., in a structured and logical manner to support client and internal Randstad needs Support delivery assurance practices by participating in periodic project reviewsand audits and maintaining accurate and timely project reporting Support, and manage as needed, writing, editing and analyzing of applicable client-facing deliverables for clients from line managers to C-level executives Lead project teams as required Cultivate successful client relationships Contribute to the development of Randstad's intellectual property, practice process and methodology qualifications:
