Great company to work with Position Title: Mobile QA Analyst Duration: Full-Time opportunity (Direct Hire) Location: Houston. TX Job Description:

• Plan, implement, lead and execute all aspects of quality and testing within the Mobile App team.
• Partners with IT Management and all members of the team including designers, developers, analysts, and testers to foster a communicative and collaborative work environment.
• Hands-on QA expertise, ability to take initiative and evolve HM's agile QA processes.
• Strong Native app testing exp - iOS and Android.
• Create, write and maintain detailed test cases.
• Need extensive testing on mobile automation.
• Needs to clearly articulate business driven testing vs. Test driven.
• Serves as mentor to other process specialists and consultants within IT and throughout the organization.
• Works with senior leadership to build a culture of quality around business processes
