  • Work closely with multiple departments to deliver new product features and enhancements.
  • Gather product requirements from appropriate sources and author both business and functional requirements, when necessary.
  • Assist in managing the Product Request (PR) process and the enterprise priority list.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing for admin systems and front-end websites (desktop, tablet & mobile).
  • Create plans for and conduct customer research in person at partner branch locations as well as via available customer research tools and methodologies.
  • Propose solutions and consider timeliness, effectiveness, and practicality in addressing client & partnership needs.
  • Stay abreast of production support issues and maintain communication with appropriate stakeholders, clients and partners.
  • Review and test user-paths on the consumer facing website; present findings relative to improved user-experience recommendations and document problem scenarios which arise.
  • Maintain and update the Retail branch product roadmap based on new requests from various business stakeholders, clients and partners.
  • Create new product enhancement requests for improving the overall user & customer experience such as reducing time to complete the application and adding new features for the customers to self-service.
  • Assist in identifying new CX product enhancements and projects.
  • Assist in Project Management duties as needed for new projects
  • Propose CX solutions to problems and consider timeliness, effectiveness, and practicality in addressing client & partner needs.

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors
