We are looking for professional, motivated, and loyal individuals to fill multiple positions in our Central Texas office. Since our company started in Waco in 1951 we have been dedicated to giving our clients the highest level of service. We take pride in knowing that our agents and employees are the best in the industry. The people we are looking for should be fully prepared to work between 40 - 50 hrs. once released from training. The avg income for a first year associate is between 50 - 60k with a 10 - 15% raise yearly. Bonuses are also given on a weekly basis. You do more you make more.
