Fogleman Properties, a small real estate company with 40 properties, needs skilled and semi-skilled help to work with remodels, make-readys, flips, etc. Work may consist of demolition, leveling, framing, installing windows and doors, flooring, tile work, trim work, painting, etc. I need people with some experience (at least 1-3 years) in at least some of these areas. I could use full-time, part-time (great for semi-retied persons), or temporary help (maybe you are in between jobs). Must have own reliable transportation and be able to pick up supplies (however, very large orders can be delivered to job site).

Reliability and being able to work independently is a must!

I usually start someone with a small job to see quality and pace of work and then go from there. I would love to have a long-term work relationship. I have had several long-term contractors (several 5+ years, a few for 8+ years). Unfortunately, I lost a few recently due to retirement and health issues.
