Description:Position Overview: Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains quality standards and protocols for processing composite parts and/or assembling metallic parts into finished major assemblies. Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment. Designs or specifies inspection and testing plans, and equipment; conducts process integrity analyses; and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the root cause for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications. Principal Accountabilities: Ensures product and processes adhere to company and customer quality requirements. Program Quality focal responsible for problem resolution and communication with the customer and internal teamSkills:quality assurance, aerospace, inspecting, testing, MS office, Root cause analysis, Composite material, composites, aerostructure, fabrication, analysis, quality inspection, quality analysis, BlueprintTop Skills Details:quality assurance,aerospace,inspecting,testing,MS office,Root cause analysisAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Experience and Education Requisites: This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Must be authorized to work in the United States Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) with 2+ years of related experience preferred or Associates degree with 4+ years of related aerospace experience, or 8+ years of experience in an aerospace Quality Assurance or Aerospace Mechanic role. Experience in aerostructures fabrication and/or assembly related work. Experienced with RCCA problem solving principles and tools. Customer relationship experience. Experience with planning First Article Inspections per AS9102 requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. MS Office suite experience required, including expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Mid-level competency in application of technical principles, theories, and concepts. High level understanding of Quality principles and inspection methodologies. Develop advance solutions to routine technical problems. Must be self-driven to complete tasks and work independently with minimal Supervision. Follows specific, detailed instructions. Contributes to the completion of routine technical tasks.
