RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce Inc. is seeking a full-time Vulnerability Assessment to work remotely and support our enterprise technology client based in Austin, TX. Responsibilities of the Vulnerability Assessment: Cloud, Containers, and DevOps Architect, manage and support enterprise vulnerability scanning technologies (Twistlock, Nexpose) for Dell's private, hybrid and public Cloud environments in order to provide mature container and cloud assessment services Leverage other enterprise tools (Splunk, Rumble, ServiceNow, Asset inventories) to Measure and Report on the effectiveness and efficiency of service coverage in order to Plan for service improvements, acting as primary contact to attest to the validity of vulnerability data and questions around its interpretation Develop automated processes and workflows to reduce time to detection, improve CI/CD integrations, and improve SLAs Implement Cloud security policies and procedures to support regulatory requirements including, but not limited to EU GDPR, PCI, SOX, HIPAA, etc.REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Information Security or similar technical field certification is preferred 4+ years of professional experience in Application Security or Vulnerability Management Proficiency in operational and security concepts for Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) core technologies for storage, compute, network, identity, container, micro-Services and container orchestration Prior involvement in the development and implementation of security tools in a multi-cloud hybrid environment, DevSecOps, CD/CI pipelines including automation, configuration and provisioning technologies such as Ansible, Puppet or Terraform Proficient with vulnerability scanning tools such as Twistlock, Nexpose/InsightVM , Tenable/Nessus, Qualys and container scanning tools as well as SIEM (Splunk) and SQL queries Competency in secure coding in multiple languages, including at least one scripted and one compiled language (Python preferred) Ability to research, analyze, and understand Cloud Security trends and emerging threats Strong understanding in software development methodologies such as waterfall and Agile Ability to work with diverse and global teamsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
