Job IDi 2020-4163OBXtek is currently staffing for aniArmy Cyber Instructor/Writerito support the Army Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) Regional Signal Training Sites.i Place of performanceiis located at Ft. Bliss, TX and is contingentiupon contract award.iThis position is responsible for planning, organizing and maintain a high level of technical and instructional expertise in the subject area assigned. This position will interface with military students to train the latest system curriculum for military training preparedness to setup, configure, operate, and maintain the system in the field.i In addition, a successful candidate will use their military training and system experience, combined with their commercial training qualification to inject evolving curriculum with the latest commercial cyber security principals, enabling students to sit for commercial exams at the conclusion of training.iiThe Instructor/Writer must be prepared to support training on the C4-ISR equipment, DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program requirements, and commercial off-the-shelf equipment and capabilities to produce competent trainees (students).i Below is a list of expected requirements with a focus on curriculum develpment and training services:Assist in developing government owned training materials (Lesson Plan, PowerPoint Presentations, etc.).iAudit and edit all developed courseware for accuracy, completeness, flow, balance, and clarity of understanding.iFrom the results of the students' critiques, review and modify all lessons, material, labs, and instruction to ensure it imparts the maximum amount of value in the minimum amount of time. Deliver modified training content to the RSTS site manager containing at least 90% of all needed modifications for the effected course. No more than two (2) incidents of meeting less than the 90% modification requirement per Fiscal Year.Provide instruction (must possess industry certifications where required by the Government RSTRS Site Manager). The number of courses and their content are subject to change based on DoD and Army requirements.Participate in Operational Tests, Training Exercises, and New Equipment Training (NET).Provide assistance with New Equipment Fielding (NEF), and training material validation.Conduct and report End of Course survey results and provide results to Government RSTS site manager for review.iProvide effective training IAW RSTS site-specific training policies, lesson plans, training schedules, and student feedback from end of course evaluations. Instructors/writers shall achieve an overall SATISFACTORY rating from among 50% or more of the student end of course surveys. Instructor/writers will achieve the overall SATISFACTORY rating in 80% of the classes they have taught within a Fiscal Year.iStay current with required industry certifications, as determined by the Government RSTS site manager, and provide a copy of certifications to the Government RSTS site manager.
