Customer Service Dispatcher (HVAC & Plumbing
1st Call Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking to enhance our proven dispatching core with multiple openings for a experienced dispatchers. As the first point of contact you are responsible for receiving service requests, transmitting information & tracking of all field personnel among other duties.
1st Call utilizes Service Titan as it's operating dispatch software. Prior working knowledge and competency is desired.

Candidates looking to join our winning team should be flexible in their schedule as these positions are going to include working until 7pm and weekends to start. We are not a 24 hour emergency company so you will not be required to work overnight, carry an "on call phone" or be required to do work outside of your schedule!
