We are looking for a competent Lead Carpenter Foreman to lead a 2-3 person crew. You must be well organized and have a solid background in the field with the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

Coordinating work according to priorities and plans

Monitor attendance of crew

Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans

Ensure manpower and resources are adequate

Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

Resolve problems when they arise

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of carpentry and construction procedures and equipment

Understanding of electrical and plumbing systems

Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Ability to communicate and report effectively

Aptitude in math

Problem-solving abilities

Good physical condition and stamina

Valid driver's license REQUIRED.
