ONLY W2 CONSULTANTS Job Title: Subject Matter Expert-Asset ManagementLocation: Chantilly, VA (Remote till covid situation over)Duration: 12+ months contract Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for working with senior leaders and Program Managers to develop and implement strategic growth plans for the clients Tech’s Asset Management Program, including developing marketing strategies, growth targets, program goals/objectives, and tracking performance and metrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with existing and prospective clients, negotiation contracts, developing technical and price proposals, and corporate qualifications packages. The successful candidate will maintain communication with clients through project execution, support the technical project team, and ensure quality of project deliverables.Qualifications:• 10 years of facility asset management program/project management experience for public sector entities• 5 years of strategic asset management planning experience• Works as integrated team member – acting as an Asset Management SME, including the implementation of sophisticated Enterprise Asset Management systems.• Leads project tasks such authoring of business documentation around client’s work processes related to current and planned maintenance management and asset management.• Provides maintenance management and operations management including asset management studies.• 10+ years of experience working with Federal Government planning, programming, and budgeting processes• Experience in working with any Asset management tolls like Broadcom etc. would be preferred.• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products• Excellent written and oral communication skills Thanks and Regards,Surya Prakash | Sr. Recruiter | CS Solutions Inc | 7525 Mitchell Rd, Suite 106, Eden Prairie, MN 55344Phone: (D) | Email:
