SAIC is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst who will deliver critical technical direction and support to various infrastructure, supply chain, and security related issues, systems testing and evaluations, and investigations. Utilizing the Sponsor's Risk Management Framework (RMF) will provide accreditation and certification for mission systems within a team environment. The Cyber Security Analyst will be required to evaluate systems, conduct vulnerability scans, analyze and service baselines both for technical and functional capabilities on deployed systems while adhering to regulations and standards. These activities and requirements will be reviewed and analyzed through the creation of artifacts and documents, which will be examined during meetings with the project team, senior management, and non-technical audiences to remedy issues which arise. Qualifications Mandatory Skills:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
- Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in certification and accreditation of systems, testing, and vulnerability scanning
- Experience understanding Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Experience achieving Authorization to Proceed
- Experience operating vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus, WebInspect, and AppDetective, and analyzing the results produced by those tools
- Experience using XACTA to adhere accepted assessment methodologies and standards
- Experience with systems development data requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience analyzing systems and networks for development
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Note that education can be substituted for years of relevant experience
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts and project or technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with the full software/system development lifecycle
- Experience providing recommendations in technical standards, security standards, and operational assurance.
- Certifications: CISSP
