The right candidate will be results-oriented and able to work independently, with minimum direct supervision. This is a hands-on position.We require at least five years’ experience with:Routine Preventive MaintenanceGeneral Electrical and Plumbing WorkBasic HVACCarpentry RepairDrywall Work and PaintingFlooring Installation (No Carpeting)Appliance InstallationMust be a legal U.S. citizen who speaks fluent English. Job requirements also include possession of a valid driver's license, and impeccable references. Background check and drug test required. Prefer non-smokers.
