Description We are offering an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in the retail industry. This role is based in Chesapeake, Virginia, United States. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating management systems, and using Microsoft Office Suites. This role is a contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organization Utilize and maintain management systems to organize and track information Use Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook to create reports, manage data, and communicate within the organization Manage correspondence in a timely and professional manner Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Perform data entry tasks for documentation and record-keeping purposes Use 'About Time' software for time tracking and management Assist and communicate with C-Suite executives as necessary Utilize Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents Ensure all administrative tasks align with the company's policies and procedures. Requirements Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator in the retail industry Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Experience with Management System and About Time software is desirable Capable of effective correspondence with both internal teams and external partners Experience in serving C-Suite executives and managing their schedules Excellent customer service skills Proficiency in data entry tasks is necessaryRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
