Job Description

Dannex Construction specializes in New Construction and Additions. We are currently seeking qualified personnel with experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities will focus on, Residential Project Management.

Responsibilities would include,

Developing Budgets

Tracking Budget Expenses

Planning

Coordinate with Vendors/Sub Contractors

Manage a good and professional relationship with customers

Establish and maintain a good relationship with Vendors/Sub Contractors

Ensure all projects are completed in a timely manner

Requirements would include,

Knowledge and experience of Project Management

Knowledge and experience in the Residential Construction Field.

Excellent verbal and written communication

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Candidate must be reliable, dependable and must have a valid drivers license.
