The Department of Justice is looking for an Application Support Engineer to join their team! This opportunity offers competitive pay and benefits.12-36 month contract-to-hire, on-site in McLean, VA, W2 only.

• Must = to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• Active Secret Clearance (a plus)

Position's Overview Required:The Application Support Engineer will assist in the deployment and operational support of a new Case Management Solution based on Entellitrak that enables and automates the end-to-end business process flows.Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis of defects, identify fixes, perform fixes and deploy the solution in a production environment
• Must have a deep understanding of JavaScript and strong knowledge of SQL
• Development skills using Entellitrak - MicroPact's, open architecture, unified platform for Case Management and Business Process Management solutions
• Deliver high-quality Entellitrak software configurations/code
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents software
• Knowledge of the latest programming and use of automation is a plus

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related discipline with 2 years of IT experience
• 3 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Entellitrak developer.
• MicroPact Entellitrak Certified Developer
