Job Description:• This role is responsible for preparing federal, state, and local payroll tax payments and payroll tax returns, in an accurate and timely manner, in compliance with all reporting requirements.• Prepare journal entries within SAP and monthly general ledger account reconciliations in accordance with Company policy and the maintenance of an accurate general ledger.• Participate in month-end, quarterly and year-end payroll tax filing and reporting activities.• Routinely interact with employees and agencies in the resolution of concerns.• Partner with others in the configuration requirements and validation of payroll updates.• Conduct moderately complex assignments and projects under limited supervision.• Identify inconsistencies and problems and communicate them to management.• Perform other duties as requested or assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience• Minimum 2-4 years of general accounting and/or payroll experience• Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor, Disciplines: Preferred: Accounting, Business, Finance, Other Education: Accounting• Strong computer skills including Excel• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills• Good analytical skills• Good organizational skills• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Education RequirementsEducation Level: Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor, Disciplines: Preferred: Accounting, Business, Finance, Other Education: AccountingIf interested, kindly send me your updated resume along with the below details :
