Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Business Operations Specialist (Level 4) with Business and Digital Transformation to join the team in Everett, Washington .Position Responsibilities:Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals. Assists with commitment of work, projects to achieve cost and quality imperatives, deployment analysis and impact mitigation.

Supports the coordination and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business case.

Leads the operating rhythm for this team, ensuring efficient communication and execution across the team.

Coordinates the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies.

Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case.

Meets with leadership to gain approval. Provides implementation direction for work authorization.

Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.

Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.

Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location. This is a hybrid position in Everett, WA, on site 2-3 days/week.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications:3+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools.

1+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.

1+ years of experience working across multiple business units and interfacing with key stakeholders.

Experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Experience with program oversight & metrics reporting.

Experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment, supply chain, on airplane programs or supporting the production system.

Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals.

Experience working in a dynamic work environment, to include managing multiple priorities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
