This is a Full-Time position and includes benefits.ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Assistants are the front line of talent recruitment, development and care for our NAF employees. This position conducts the full range of human resources from posting announcements to qualifying applicants to onboarding new talent. We take care of people once they're on board providing advising on leave and benefits, performance and awards. Finally, we help people plan for the next phase in life whether that's pursuing promotions, career changes, separations or retirements. Qualifying Experience:Experience interpreting/applying personnel laws, policies, regulations, procedures; utilizing automated personnel systems, software, databases; communicating information and assistance on personnel topics to customers; generating personnel reports for review of personnel stats.EducationSome federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
