The positions are for Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Outside Sales, and Inside Sales and Service. The following information is listed below for each position. Serious inquires only. Manager $74,100.00 - $89,700.00 base + bonus DOQ

Primary responsibility is to meet the store sales and profit objectives. Direct all store personnel. Adhere to policies, rules, training, and regulations as established. Implement and administer all guidelines and new programs presented by the company. Assist in the making of annual sales objectives, store budgets, and retail store profit plans. Hire, train, motivate, and develop store personnel. Maintain good business practices through budget and expense control, buying, merchandising, building maintenance, reviewing store documents on a frequent and consistent basis for fairness to the customer and the company, maintaining amicable relationships between the other Tire Factory Stores, Warehouse and Officers of the Corporation. Review all invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit line control. Keep the store clean and professional looking. Maintain exceptional customer service skills, manners, and etiquette with both outside and internal staff at all times. As well as, perform other duties that may not be specified in this description, as needed.

Specific duties:

Plan and direct the staff and daily operations of a tire store that markets to retail, agriculture, and

commercial clients.

Develop strategies to improve customer service and increase profitability while assisting annual sales goals,

store budgets, and gross margin targets.

Achieving monthly sales and gross profit targets as established by senior management.

Full oversight and responsibility of subordinate staff and tasks delegated to their authority through the Store

Manager.

Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.

Ensure team members have a safe work environment in accordance with Washington State Labor &

Industries (L&I) guidelines.

Responsible for oversight of store safety officer. Verifying monthly store safety walk-down, safety meetings

and attendance. Injuries and accompanying reports, treatments and investigations are followed per L&I

requirements and recorded in the store safety manual. Any and all safety issues are corrected and report to

store and senior management.

Enforce and lead by example Tire Factory policies, rules and regulations.

Apply corrective action as required following Tire Factory guidelines.

Assist in the hiring process by recruiting qualified individuals to apply for needed vacancies then forwarding

your recommendations to the Operations Manger based on needs and workflow.

Coach, develop and retain new and existing team members in conjunction with our corporate succession

plan.

Champion expense control through wage recovery, monitoring internal purchases, and inventory control.

Cultivate and maintain working relationships with other Tire Factory store managers, warehouse staff, and

outside sales team, while motivating and promoting positive attitudes.

Maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with Tire Factory vendors/suppliers.

Active involvement in collecting AR through daily, weekly and monthly communication with credit manager.

Active involvement in AP, ensuring correct processes are followed, as well manager approval on all store

purchases.

Ownership and accountability of your locations P&L.

Maintain company image standards as outlined in the Operations Manual of both team members and

location.

Ensure the Assistant Managers has all store service trucks scheduled for maintenance/oil change's, and this

schedule is being followed. This includes all supporting documentation and supply receipts are being

submitted to our Chief Safety Officer in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) Guidelines.

Provide detail job duties and responsibilities lists to all team members

Work with outside sales staff to grow business within the stores zone.

Provide to senior management/purchasing department accurate monthly inventory counts by segment. This

may be completed through a delegation process in which the Store Manager will oversee and verify the

completion.

Ensure work and PTO schedule posted 2 weeks in advance.

Daily, weekly and monthly audits of wage vs labor expenses.

Responsible for all team members following the correct processes as laid out by management team, this

includes but is not limited to the retail sales process, pricing, product/supplies ordering.

Verify the Assistant Manager is tracking all service call books accurately by doing a monthly audit process

and spot checking work-order books vs invoices.

Ensure monthly or semi-monthly outside training is being provided to all team members. This may include

mechanical seminars, manufacturer training, in-store training before/during/after-hours.

Assistant Manager $46,800.00 - $58,800.00 base + bonus DOQ

Assisting in the daily operations of the store, while working directly with the Manager for the objective of profit, service, safety, and success. Focus on the continued flow of work thru the store and bays. Promoting sales and service while training the employees to the do the same. Promote a safe and secure work place. Have a good work ethic and attitude while maximizing the efficiency of all employees and reporting to the manager

REPORTING TO THE STORE MANAGER, THE ASSISTANT MANAGER WILL:

Support the Store Manager with the daily operation of all store activities, personnel, and assigned duties

delegated by the Store Manager.

Direct the store personnel and day to day operation in the absence of the Store Manager.

Provide support to the Store Manager in achieving monthly sales and gross profit targets as established by

senior management. Make recommendations and hold daily/weekly meetings to review goals.

Enforce all safety guidelines as established by law while personnel are working under your supervision and

all internal policies and procedures are being followed, as such.

Lead by example as it relates Tire Factory policies, rules and regulations and report any concerns to the Store

Manager.

Assist the Store Manager with corrective action and accompany the Store Manager in all employee meetings

involving corrective action and follow-up in the absence of the Store Manager's immediate presence.

In conjunction with the Store Manager, provide coaching, training, and development for all team members in

the form of weekly and/or bi-weekly training seminars.

Create and implement in-store training opportunities for employees that need assistance in speed and

accuracy of their daily duties.

Cultivate and maintain working relationships with other Tire Factory store managers and assistant

managers, warehouse staff, and outside sales team.

Maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with Tire Factory vendors/suppliers.

Collect AR as directed by the Store Manager on a daily and weekly basis, as assigned.

Assist the Store Manager with A/P by ensuring correct processes are followed, and all store purchases are

approved by the store manager or assistant manager.

Learn the basic understanding of the P&L and how the actions the Store Manager and yourself affect results.

Maintain company image standards of both team members and location.

Ensure all store service trucks are on a maintenance/oil change schedule, and this schedule is being followed,

all documentation and supply receipts are sent to our Chief Safety Officer for compliance with our

Department of Transportation (DOT) Guidelines.

Working with the Store Manager, provide detailed job duties and responsibilities lists to all team members on

a daily basis.

Continue to support your Store Manager while working with outside sales staff to grow business.

May be assigned by the store manager to provide accurate monthly inventory counts by product segment.

Ensure work/PTO schedule is being followed by all personnel and that requests for PTO are submitted within

the Tire Factory PTO guidelines.

Provide direct support that all personnel follow the correct processes as laid out by management team and

report any misuses to the Store Manager for corrective action.

Responsible for the accurate accounting and tracking of all service call books.

Directly supporting the Store Manager in monthly or semi-monthly training to all team members,

(mechanical seminars, manufacturer training, in-store training before/during/after-hours).

Outside Sales $48,100.00 - $74,100.00 base + bonus DOQ

An outside sales representative conducts sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. They are responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary. Their excellent social skills allow them to foster strong relationships, to which they can attribute much of their success.

Continually drive market share gain by targeting, qualifying, and closing new accounts in the Tri-Cities and

surrounding area, specifically, small fleet business.

Maintain daily and/or weekly sales pipelines, target account lists, and call frequency planners.

Manage existing accounts effectively making educated decisions based on your customers price points and

circumstances. No two customers will be the same.

Be consistent with each customer and contact made with timely follow-up.

Working in conjunction with the credit manager, be actively involved in the A/R process, meeting monthly at

minimum.

Attend and engage in bi-weekly sales meetings, and training seminars.

Foster a respectful, communicative, and purposeful approach to relationships with Tire Factory team

members.

Provide exceptional service to our customers through professional, consistent communication and effective

expectation management.

Maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationship with suppliers.

At all times, be actively involved in expense control.

Maintain corporate expectations as it relates to sales, and gross margins targets.

Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members.

Communicate effectively with store managers to plan both mechanical and tire work.

With the goal of strengthening our business, share market and competitive information with the management

team.

Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing customers.

Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for growth.

Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.

Sales & Service $14.50/hr - $23.50/hr + bonus DOQ

Main objective in sales and customer service. Scheduling of tire and mechanical services. Estimating of mechanical and tire requests. Ordering parts, tracking shipment of those parts/tires/accessories and logging the inventory via invoices, upon arrival. Overall invoicing of all sales. Strong customer service skills both verbal and written and the ability to adapt your behavior style based on the customer needs. Perform other duties that may not be specified in this description, as needed. Reporting directly to the manager.
