Real Estate Assistant

Job Description

I am seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Real Estate Assistant to support and grow my high-producing real estate practice. This is a hybrid position involving both client-facing work (showings, inspections, etc.) and administrative support such as data entry and organization. Candidates must already hold an active Washington State real estate license. Advancement opportunities are available to become an equal partner agent or executive assistant.

The ideal candidate will also have strong social media and/or mobile video skills to assist with marketing projects — including filming home walkthrough videos and helping create social media content or short scripts.

This role is well-suited for two types of candidates:

-Someone who wants to sell homes but does not yet have the client base to support a full-time income. The assistant will be able to pursue their own sales outside of this position and benefit from the agent’s established reputation and commission structure.

-Someone who has worked as a real estate agent but prefers a more consistent, non-commission-based role while remaining active in the real estate industry. This position offers opportunities for growth, either toward a Partner role or a full-time Executive Assistant position, depending on your goals.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on staying one step ahead, exercises sound business judgment, and can move seamlessly between strategic thinking and detailed execution. The right candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting a busy agent whose work spans many types of projects.

Qualifications

-Active Washington State Real Estate License and active NWMLS membership with Supra key subscription

-Smartphone or camera capable of 4K and/or 60FPS vertical video

-Public Instagram profile

-Preferably based in Seattle proper or adjacent areas

-Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities

-Proven discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness

-Willingness to travel within the greater Seattle and Eastside areas as needed

-Must own a reliable vehicle for required appointments with clients

-Personal Attributes

-Proactive: Anticipates needs and takes initiative.

-Reliable: Follows through consistently and maintains confidentiality.

-Strategic: Recognizes patterns and connections, not just individual tasks.

-Organized: Manages details, schedules, and deadlines with precision.

Compensation

Base Pay: $2,000 per month

Additional Pay: Per diem for appointments with my clients

Commission: Earned on your own sales

Job Location

Office location is in Fremont, Seattle. We will meet at office typically once a week. Once you learn the role, you will likely be working remotely 10 hours per week. Per diem work with clients is throughout the Greater Seattle and Eastside areas, as required- although the majority of the appointments are in Seattle proper, our work area covers many cities, and a reliable vehicle is a must.

Summary

Entry-level real estate position with a strong emphasis on mobile video production and social media content creation. Ideal for licensed agents seeking growth, mentorship, and hands-on experience in a high-performing real estate business.
