$30 per hour - Experienced Deck Builder / Carpenter

PAY = $30 per hour full time.

Looking for a skilled Deck Builder / Carpenter for local work in Kootenai County

Must have a minimum 7 years experience.

Must be willing to work as a 1099, not a W2 employee. (This simply means you handle your own taxes and everything else.)

Must have vehicle and VALID Drivers License.

MUST HAVE A SMART PHONE.

Must be able to get insurance after 2 weeks of working.

Must be responsible for own mistakes made on a project, these will be repaired on your own time, not company time.

Must be "clean and professional looking" don't care if you have a criminal recordjust do NOT show it.

Must have a can-do attitude.

Must have good leadership and social skills to talk to customers and professionally represent a good company image.

Must have good common sense.

Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, every now and then.

Must know and have a wide range of experience with construction tools.

Must have some knowledge of typical building code.

Must know how to make complex cuts with a miter saw.

Must know and demonstrate how to build stair stringers.

Must be proactive and be able to be left alone on a job-site and be a leader with a helper or two.

This job requires a proactive approach, you must know what needs to get done, and do it correctly.

This means if you are reasonably paced and can move along, your what I need.
