Bridgeport Health Care Centeris seeking anClinical Care Supervisor-RNPosition Summary:Direct the operations of the Nursing Services Department to ensure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times in accordance with state and federal regulations, facility policies and procedures and resident directives. Provide leadership for the staff in the department in accordance with approved policies and procedures.Education/Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school for registered professional nurses and must possess a current, unencumbered, active licensed in the state of West Virginia.

Must have management and leadership ability, organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communicative skills, creativity, and integrity.

Familiar with state and federal regulations for long-term care and experience in gerontology desirable.

Must possess and maintain current CPR certification, or acquire a CPR certification within 90 days of date of hire.

If: Graduate of a 2-year program, candidate must have 3 years of nursing experience, one in a supervisory capacity.

Graduate of a 4-year program or beyond, candidate must have 1 year nursing experience.

Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care.

Work Schedule Routinely: work five days a week during the day shift and as the need arises on other occasions, including weekends and off hours. May be required to provide On Call coverage during nonworking time by being available to provide assistance and direction to facility staff.
