job summary:Our client in the Greater Madison region is looking for a Business Analyst for a contract opportunity. Skill Set:

• 2+ years experience in BA or similar role.
• Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams).
• Knowledge of integrations across software platforms.
• Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with complex data gathering from multiple sources.
• Ability to quickly build strong working relationships, internally.

• Data gathering
• Workflow analysis
• Test plans
• Provide regular status updates to project team

Identify project risks

• Document/communicate discovered risk
• Consider risk mitigation strategies

Gather and organize a multitude of source data related to multiple projects

• Work across stakeholders and operating companies
• Gather data with limited direction or oversight
• Format data to meet requirements

Create and execute software/workflow test plans

• Document step-by-step plans for changes to workflows
• Execute test plan
• Provide detailed reporting on test plan/scenarios

Update Project documents

• Including project plans
• Timeline
• Training plans
• Templates

With limited oversight, conduct project meetings pertaining to data/requirements gathering.

• Work with multiple stakeholders and multiple projects simultaneously
• Clearly convey project needs with stakeholders and others
