You will evaluate and authorize approval of commercial and credit loans. Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods.

We are seeking a Wyoming Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to become part of our team! You will evaluate and authorize approval of commercial and credit loans.

Responsibilities:

• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
• Guide customers through the loan application process
• File loan applications and supporting documents
• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in finance, banking, or other related fields
• Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
• Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
