The Account Manager is the main contact for our Financial Advisor partners and will spend the majority of time on relationship management responsibilities.

The Account Manager is the main contact for our Financial Advisor partners and will spend the majority of time on relationship management responsibilities. These activities include onboarding Advisors, setting up client accounts, processing trade and distribution requests, assisting with paperwork and running reports. The Account Manager is an integral part of building and maintaining Advisor relations, which is the heart of our business. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator with the ability to prioritize, multiple tasks and keep composed under pressure.

Duties:

  • Advisor Relationships

    • Assist with administrative/operational needs of advisors
    • Maintain good relationships with advisors
    • Open and service accounts
    • Process paperwork and advisor requests in a timely manner
    • Be knowledgeable about the reports and information available in our portfolio management system, Tamarac, and be able to produce reports upon request

  • Sales Support

    • Work closely with Regional Sales Directors and Consultants to setup new Investment Advisors within Frontier’s systems.
    • Provide requested information to platform advisors

  • Operational

    • Backup Receptionist with phone support
    • Backup other Account Managers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s business-related degree or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. The Account Manager needs to be detail oriented with a strong work ethic. This position requires a Series 65 license by passing the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam or the ability to complete the licensing process upon hiring.
