An established fast-paced, company seeks a representative to perform the following functions: open and sort mail; prepare out-going packages; data entry; faxing; copying; scanning, and reception tasks. Must be proficient on computers and phones. Immediate start preferable.

Must pass a background check.

Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.

Must have an understanding of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook.
