The Strategic Program Group at Take2 is looking for fast-paced, well-organized self-starters to support a high-profile project supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. This individual will join a group of cross-functional teams implementing a large modernization effort on a long-term contractThe Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is undertaking an enterprise-wide Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) effort through the procurement of the Cerner commercial electronic health record (EHR) software and related support services. The VA EHRM acquisition and implementation effort will include the software licensing, product integration, configuration management, testing, deployment planning, hosting, organizational change management, training, sustainment and a myriad of other efforts necessary to support this enterprise-wide business transformation. The VA intends to the leverage to the maximum extent practical all information assurance, security measures, testing, data management and other lessons learned from DoD including its successful acquisition and ongoing implementation efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as a VITAL Logistics Analyst.
  • Provide support to the OEHRM CM team and specifically the VA Innovative Technology Advancement Lab (VITAL) Officer with VITAL activities.
  • Activities may include: VITAL participant travel planning and management, administrative support for sites, deliverable reviews, and VITAL SharePoint site management.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must have 5 years of professional experience, 8 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for education
  • Must have knowledge in how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs
  • Must be able to use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes
  • Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business discipline

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the VA
  • Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
