COVID-19 Program - Various Positions (Immediate Full Time or Contract) Location - US - Texas - Fort Bend County. Overview Tryfacta, Inc. has an immediate opening for various positions to support federal, state, and local efforts to fight the COVID-19 Response Management program, nationwide. These positions will begin immediately. Background: The scale and complexity of the COVID-19 outbreak have underscored the need for prompt and effective implementation of evidence-based containment measures. Contact tracing is one of the interventions that has been used to effectively control recent pandemics (Ebola, SARS), and has shown to be effective against COVID-19 mitigation in the United States, and elsewhere. Tryfacta, Inc. has identified many qualified and motivated candidates who have responded to our call to action to support COVID-19 response efforts. Our candidates are located throughout the U.S., come from a variety of backgrounds, and possess the skills and personal qualities necessary to work as Contact Tracers, Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Care Resource Coordinators, and Case Investigators. Nurses RN and LVN - 30 Positions Promotes and provides public health services to the residents of Fort Bend County in the prevention and control of public health matters and communicable diseases. Participates in planning of programs, policies, and objectives for workgroup and department. Duties and Responsibilities: Nurses will assist with the COVID-19 response by interviewing patients and their close contacts. The goal of the position is to assist in reducing the spread of disease in the community by identifying those who are at risk of developing COVID-19 and educate them and support them in maintaining good quarantine and isolation practices as indicated. Provides counseling, education, and referral for COVID-19. Conducts disease surveillance, disease reporting, and assists with epidemiological investigations/treatment. Participates in planning of programs, policies, or objectives for own workgroup and department. Supervises, assists, and/or instructs other employees with their duties. Assist other staff members as needed. Submitting Medical Claim Forms. Maintaining Patient Medical Records. Updating Patient Files. Scheduling Medical Tests. Giving immunizations. Collecting patient specimens. Arranging for follow up activities as well as other duties and tasks as assigned by manager. Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract Pay: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour
