Lead Performance Test Engineer Location: Plano, TX Duration: Long Term Key /Mandatory Skill set:
- Should have extensive experience Performance testing REST and gRPC ; 2 way TLS
- Should have experience in Java coding
- Extensive experience with Jmeter, Flood.io & gRPC plugins
- Mandatory - 10+ years of experience in Planning and executing performance testing for a large cloud-based platform with multiple integrations with External Systems
- Problem-solving and good analytical skills
- Create performance test Strategy and test plan
- Preparation of performance test data & build workload models
- Translate high level NFRs to detailed test requirements
- Understand application functionality and come up with Scenarios for performance testing
- Execute the various performance tests including Load test, stress test, endurance test, capacity test
- Identify performance issues and make recommendations to stakeholders
- Capture and analyse performance test metrics
- Good Hands-on knowledge on Performance test tool HP Performance Center/Load Runner; Locust; Blaze meter
- Configure and run tests to identify bottlenecks in the systems
- Understand complex architecture and capable of having productive discussions with Architects and developers
- Experience with performance testing application on Cloud based infrastructure - AWS
