Job Description

We are looking to hire a Social Media Agent to take care of its social Space. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to work within our Marketing team to create and drive exciting content across all social media channels. The right candidate will be given the freedom to express and implement innovative ideas to make a real difference to the brand from day one.

Salary range: $46000 - $56000 per year.

• Research audience preferences and discover current trends.

• Create engaging text, image, and video content.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.

• Develop creative online engagement tactics in cooperation with regional chapters in support of their marketing strategy and goals.

• Suggest new ways to attract prospective supporters through campaigns and incentives.

• Design and implement a social media strategy to align with organizational goals.

• Ability to report on best performing posts and social metrics.

• Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an agency preferred.

• Experience in Social Media required.

• Proven experience creating and implementing engaging creative concepts across major social media platforms.

• You have experience in content creation formats (After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Creative Suite & design templates in Google docs or Canva, sheets, slides, IG, TikTok, FB live, etc.)

• You lead an appropriate level of craft.

• You can get a team excited about your ideas.

• Confident providing direction during on-set productions.

• You can multi-task naturally without compromising quality or craft to meet the demands of multiple productions effectively.

• Consistently up to date with trends.

• Passion for marketing and are enthusiastic to make content that creates engagement.

• You are able to give valuable and actionable response and mentor junior writers.
