Counter Sales Position

Anderson Paint Company: a third-generation family owned paint dealer, is seeking an enthusiastic person to fill a full-time counter sales position. This position offers 35-40 hours per week plus benefits. Hours can vary, but majority is M-F 8:00a-5:00p. Sunday is OT. Must be able to work at both locations. 4573 Washtenaw Ave. & 2386 W. Stadium Blvd.

Anderson Paint Company sells a wide range of paint coatings and related items to industry, contractors, builders, and homeowners. We offer in-house paint training 101, a team-oriented environment and flexible scheduling.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent certification

Exceptional customer service skills

Detail oriented

Knowledge of basic computer/telephone skills

Articulate and can engage in verbal and written communication skills

Ability to lift 80lbs. infrequently and 30-60lbs. regularly

Bilingual candidates proficient in English and Spanish a plus, but not required.

Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to: servicing customers, mixing and matching paint and stain, stocking, cleaning, and possible deliveries. Anderson Paint Company offers health and dental insurance, paid time off, and 401k for full-time employees.
