SERVICE DISPATCHER WANTED

Mission Mechanical is currently looking for a Service Dispatcher to join us on this MISSION. Starting Salary Range: $29,000.00 - $36,500.00 (DOE)

Responsibilities & Duties

- Answering and distributing phone calls

- Entering service tickets within Accounting system and Dispatch system

- Dispatching technicians and working with customers to schedule appointments

- Gathering service tickets and invoicing work complete

- Dispatching of calls after-hours on a bi-weekly basis

- Assisting with walk-in customers

- Tagging of deliveries as shipments are received

- Assisting with administrative duties:

- Typing and submission of proposals

- Creating purchase orders

- Entry of credit card receipts

- Printing documents

- Organizing

- Filing

- Post office runs

- Etc.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience with dispatching or administrative duties preferred but not necessary
