Accepting applications for an HR/Business Office Manager for Assisted Living Community. Must posess leadership skills and professionalism as a representative of the community. Love of seniors is a must. Normal business hours are M-F 8:30-5p.

Duties include (but may not be limited to):
- Accounts payable/receivable duties (i.e. invoices, PO's, etc.)
- Ordering supplies
- Prepares and mails monthly statements
- Financial accounting and vendor negotiations/disputes
- New employee orientation
- Assist with in-services as needed
- Payroll/Benefits coordination
- Daily staff interaction and assistance
- Answer phone as needed
- Provide community information/tours as needed for inquiries
- Mail sorting/distribution
- Interaction with residents and families in a professional and respectful manner
