Valid Driver’s License

Safe, reliable and economical vehicle

Active Vehicle Insurance

Current Smart Phone

Must be able to work at least 10 hours a week.

Job Description:

This is a quick and easy way to make a little extra money each week without a lot of effort. This gig requires you to drive around certain stable neighborhoods and take pictures of distressed houses that meet our investment criteria. You will be taking pictures from the street (no need to go on the actual property) with your smartphone using an app from Google Play or the App Store.

There is nothing complicated about this gig - find it, snap it and move on. You will be expected to find 15-20 properties per hour.
