QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in a wide variety of legal support tasks Legal research (Lexis & Westlaw), drafting and document review Make legal determinations about incoming complaints and other filings Perform legal analysis and prepare case materials Management of ongoing cases and providing investigation support US Citizenship Recent MBI or Public Trust clearance, or the ability to successfully apply for and pass an extensive credit/criminal background check Interested in a career in public service JOB DETAILS: Start date ASAP (after clearance is verified)Schedule 40 hours per week, with occasional OTDuration Multi-year federal contractsPay Rate Law Clerk II: $43.13/hour ($38.59 base + $4.54 Health & Welfare)Location Remote (but within commute distance of Atlanta, Georgia) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Current law school student or JD graduate (barred attorneys included): Required5 years experience with complex legal transaction and investigations: PreferredExperience with the healthcare industry, HIPAA, or Medical & Fraud Investigations: PreferredUS Citizenship: Required 5.
