- Responsible team management, mentoring, and training
- Mentor and advise team on company process best practices
- Responsible for the leading development of business applications and ongoing improvements within existing technologies.
- Responsible for leading IT and Business operations support
- Responsible to work with internal business users to define and document requirements.
- Responsible for leading development of new applications and modifying existing applications
- Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) processes
- Ensure development projects are delivered on time
- Ability to work with and customize ERP systems
- Ability to prioritize work and exercise good judgement while managing multiple tasks involved in support, development, and project management
- Can function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer-oriented team, perform effectively as an independent producer under broad management direction, and demonstrate a willingness to support the team on all levels to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Thorough knowledge of data architecture and data management principles.
- Deep understanding of database systems including both relational and OLAP designs.
- Proven experience in sound development practices.
- Relevant experience with enterprise reporting and development technologies.
- Ability to effectively implement multiple projects.
- Strong SQL and report development and optimization experience.
- 1-3 years in technical management and leadership
- 3-5 years as a .NET / C# Developer or comparable experience.
- 1-3 years of experience with SQL Server
- Strong understanding of Agile Methodology
- Experience with implementing or building out CI/CD processes
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
