Data Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Data Business Systems Analyst in Beaverton, OR.Key Tasks: Ensures standards, processes, and policies are followed within the company and/or outside the company Creates and applies global process standards to regional technology solutions Negotiate, influence, and drive decisions by working with remote groups such as vendors, other company facilities, and or departments to gather and document strategic and tactical requirements from the business Coordinate and communicate functional requirements of business unit and technical solutions with IT capability resources by designing and documenting advanced functional specs Communicate critical, high-risk, advanced and/or cross-functional technical design and solutions to executive management inside and outside the organization Review and approve that the system design meets business process requirements Communicate and document system changes to the business Translate system functionality into business relevant language Facilitates SME discussions; Works with systems personnel to implement design Participates in development of project plan/timeline; Provides input into project management Communicates project status to management and the business Provides support and participates in change management at department and end user level Consult on best practice configuration of systems Configure packaged solutions to unique and complex business requirements Review and approve test results; Oversees and performs complex testing activities including construction of test plans/scripts including the expected results and the validation of test resultsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant area 10+ years of data and analytics experience with data analysis/solution development/product ownership Strong technical skillset (SQL, Data Modeling, Business Requirements, Big Data, Amazon Web Services) Business process acumen and ability to map process to a technology analytics solution Ability to define source to target mapping, functional specifications and other documentation Practical approach to solving complex problems with ambiguous requirements Understanding of agile principles and the scrum development process Experience working as a member of a larger cross-functional Agile team Design and implement features in collaboration with product owners, business partners and engineers using Agile/Scrum methodology Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to deliver on commitments Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentPreferred if you have: 5+ years of experience in SAP strongly preferred Understanding of supply chain industry standards in the analytics area Ability to mentor other data analysts, BSAsWith a commitment to innovation, this client employs some of the world's top engineers and designers!
