- Successfully managed ERP implementations (Dynamics AX/365)
- In depth knowledge of systems and database architecture
- Prior experience supporting teams across various modules within AX
- Development experience using VB.NET or C#.Net & SQL Server
- Current/previous management of mid to large size IT department
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage IT budgets for hardware, software, security, consulting, equipment, support, internet services, cloud storage, etc.
- Experience with LAN/WAN Network Management
- Application experience using Microsoft 365 Office, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Productivity tools
- Process mapping and systems analysis/design
- Development/support of plant floor data collection applications for management of KPI's
- Business process mapping and re-engineering
- 10+ years of industry experience
- 5+ years managing a mid to large size environment
- Prior experience leading teams through multiple projects simultaneously
- BS/BA degree in Information Technology, Business or Engineering
