$55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience + BenefitsA successful Managed Service Provider which has been established for close to 25 years is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team ASAP. They need someone who is technically strong with end-user support through Server, Virtualization, Cloud and Networking tasks to assist with exciting project and day-to-day support duties for their customer base.This business requires a confident individual to provide technical support to their clients which is made up of small, medium and enterprise sized companies across multiple industries. It is an exciting time to join this company who are expanding, hence the need for additional support staff. They have been providing outstanding Technical Support and Digital Transformation Services across the state of Michigan and further afield, continuing to do so for years to come!Most of the duties will be general day-to-day support, although there will be a requirement to get stuck into project work on client site from time to time. This will be a busy, fast paced role where you will gain exposure to a lot of the newest technology out there.

Technical Skills they are looking for: Windows Server 2012 - 2019 Windows 10 Desktop OS Active Directory / Group Policy Office 365 Cloud - Azure or AWS VMware / Hyper-V Network Configuration and Troubleshooting (Cisco preferable) Strong Customer Service Skills Relevant industry certifications desirable - MCSA, CCNA MSP experience desirableThis job will suit technically strong IT Support Engineers looking for a new challenging role in a fast-paced but exciting environment.
