Job Description

My Traverse City, MI area client is in need of a Territory Sales Manager. You will be responsible for owning your geographic area as if it were your own business. The territory comes equipped with a large book of accounts to service immediately. Our 5 major product groups ensures a large pipeline of potential customers to target. With an assigned Inside Sales Representative to help service your accounts at the branch, you have the time and freedom to develop new business. You will be taking a consultative approach and cultivating relationship continuity within your territory. On a daily basis, you will strive to have 10-12 in-person interactions with decision makers (existing accounts or prospects). You will face no internal competition in your territory and the financial reward will never be capped. Territory Sales Managers are also equipped with a company vehicle and smart phone.

Base pay would be 55 - 60k plus commission and bonus.

Qualifications

Required:

3+ years of B2B sales experience.

Strong work ethic and desire to exceed internal and external expectations

Customer-centric focus and desire to provide an unparalleled customer experience

Excellent organizational and follow up skills.

Strong experience with MS Office products

Preferred:

Prior building material experience/knowledge background.

Bachelor's degree.

History of sales success year after year

Additional Information

Base + Commission + Bonus (Base pay would be 55 - 60k).
