RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Macros VBA BO Data Analyst in Wilmington, DE.Summary:As a Tech Vendor Management Business Analyst (VM BA), you will be responsible for performing operational and analytical tasks including designing, proposing, and/or implementing automated/more efficient (less manual) processes for the vendor management team. Analysis is focused on process improvement, data conditioning, and in some cases validation and controls. Accurate and reliable information will be the basis of improving the quality of our data and increasing value and savings for Technology.Your role as a Tech VM BA will include consulting with various technology and functional teams, both internal and external to Tech to identify best practices that will fit our needs and improve the services and value that we are able to bring to our organization.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst within a financial services organization Required Advanced in MS Excel, MS Access, SharePoint, Business Objects, VBA, SQL Nice to have - Java, Tableau, QlikView, Alteryx and Xceptor Analytical Skills - Passion for data accuracy is crucial, 3+ years' experience in analytics and/or reporting Experience developing and automating reporting processes required Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efforts in a demanding high paced environment Ability to recognize/foresee downstream impact(s) before presenting recommendations Communication & Team Player - Share information, concepts and opinions with others that results in clear understanding and desired outcome.
