Contract to Hire Opportunity The Marketing Analyst is an integral member of the Marketing Analytics & Planning Team charged with delivering compelling and actionable insights on Digital Marketing Channels performance. The candidate will build relationships and support Digital Marketing Channel owners in identifying key business questions, executing learning plans, and translating data into impactful insights and recommendations. They will possess a solid understanding of key retail and digital business drivers and the ability to identify and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tied to business outcomes. The Marketing Analyst will need to prepare, interpret, and present relevant findings to the Marketing Leadership TeamSpecific Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and influence key stakeholders across Digital Marketing Channel ownership using top quality insights
- Establish an optimal way to present actionable data and recommendations for future execution
- Drive the execution of campaign performance reports to provide key learnings and feedback (trends, patterns, irregularity)
- Recommend spending optimizations based on data and KPI reports
- Analyze performance, identify areas to optimize, and recommend testing where appropriate
- Implement and promote analytics best practices and a cohesive, standardized approach
- Continue to evolve and upgrade the team s technical skills through a combination of SQL, Excel, and other tools
- Contribute to a culture of innovation by finding new and better ways of doing things
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 360
- Experience in Google Data Studio
- Certification in Google Analytics wanted
