Video Program ManagerExperienced program manager required to manage/track/coordinate a variety of workflows associated with creating Features video contentPrimary responsibilities include:Manage pre- and post-production workflows for all Features videos, working with Studio and Editorial staff on a daily basisRequest and coordinate the clinical editing of all video transcriptsCreate and manage schedules (including project creation in Workfront) to assure timely publicationMonitor and track volumesSchedule shoots and provide on-location assistance (including at medical conferences) as needed, including completion of paperwork, travel, catering arrangements, etc.Initiate and facilitate appropriate communication across Studio, Production, and Editorial teamsProvide general administrative support to Editorial directors and clinical editors, and video program managersRequired Skills:Knowledge of online publishing, and/or audiovisual production, processes and proceduresStrong organizational, communication, and project management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelDesired (not required) Skills:Medical knowledge or prior experience with medical publishing helpfulWorking knowledge of Workfront or equivalent project management/scheduling software Proficiency
