Data Engineer needed for a contract opportunity with our client in Aliso Viejo, CA. JOB DESCRIPTIONUse various methods to transform raw data into useful data systems striving for efficiency by aligning data systems with business goals. Must have experience with MDM / DW in a Snowflake environment.

  • Analyze and organize raw data.
  • Build data systems and pipelines.
  • Evaluate business needs and objectives.
  • Interpret trends and patterns.
  • Conduct complex data analysis and report on results.
  • Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling.
  • Combine raw information from different sources.
  • Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical company.
  • Must have experience with MDM / DW in a Snowflake environment.
  • Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to combine data from different sources.
  • Familiarity with several programming languages and knowledge of learning machine methods.
  • Possess a strict attention to detail and be well organized.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbally in order to communicate within the business.
  • Ability to take complex technical concepts and explain them to non-technical users.
