Exciting work you will do:
  • Manage hyper care support shifts which will have incidents for both infrastructure and applications during new plant build starts-up and new intra-plant line expansion starts-up.
  • Must have experience in manufacturing or plant environment
  • Leverage in place support teams following their standard support processes while identifying where more coordination needs to occur, and providing that coordination when required.
  • Keep oversight of communication back to our plant customers through standard support processes, and identify when shift manager needs to provide that communication her/himself in more critical or visible circumstances.
  • Assist the Regional Technology Capability Leader and multiple project managers in enhancing or building our hyper care shift procedures, and document those procedures as necessary.

What you will need:
  • Effective assertiveness when managing critical incidents
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and procedures
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Incident, Request, and Change modules.
  • Balance attention to detail and ability to summarize.
  • Customer service mindset, and empathy for customer's situation. Experience in working with plant floor superintendent, supervisor, and above people is beneficial.
  • Skilled at communicating in critical incident situations, including with Client's IT's internal customers
  • Hyper care support shift change-over reports.
  • Enhance or develop and document hyper care procedures to be used by self and by peer shift managers.
  • Open to flexible hours
