Immediate opportunity for an IT Support Specialist. This opportunity is open to technology driven individuals with a knack for troubleshooting issues and assisting end users with their technical issues. You will respond to issues with Hardware/Software, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
Requirements: - Current IT Certification such as - Security+
- Must hold Active Secret Clearance
- 2+ years of customer service experience in an IT environment
- IT ticketing system experience, plus an understanding of Service Level goals and targets
- Experience in Remote Desk Takeover tools and usage
- Excellent knowledge of imaging, group policies, and task sequence
